The hack allows automatically copying leads into a new company for a repeat callback, without touching the original lead.

Hack settings interface

Go to the hack settings and create a lead copying rule — click the long "Add new rule" button and fill in the opened form.

The rule configuration form contains the following fields:

  • Destination. The company to which leads will be copied.
  • Schedule. Rule run frequency:
    • Each minute. Short batches, smooth load on the call center. Copies a lead that matches the conditions almost immediately.
    • Each 3 minutes. Can be used as an alternative to each minute. Optimal.
    • Each 10 minutes. Even load on the call center. Not as smooth as each minute, but ideal for tasks that don't require immediate lead copying.
    • Daily. If the call center prefers to work with a large batch of received data.
  • Events older then. Age of the lead change in days. Changes older than the specified period are retrieved. Forms the end date of the time range.
  • View depth. Specified in days and added to the age. Forms the start date of the time range. Minimum value — 1.
  • Status. Which lead statuses and reasons should be copied.
  • Source. The company from which leads will be extracted. If no source is selected, the rule applies to all companies.
  • Countries. Geography of copied leads. Not selected = all selected.
  • Offers. Offers of copied leads. Not selected = all selected.
  • Order price. Order price range. Optional.
  • Total amount. Number of items in the order. Optional.
  • Main goods amount. Number of units of the main product in the order. Optional.
  • Cross sale amount. Number of cross-sell items in the order. Optional.
  • Replace offer. Allows copying leads into a special offer. Selected from the list. Do not fill this field if you want to keep the original offer.
  • Webmaster. The webmaster to whom the copied leads will be assigned. Specify their identifier. Do not fill if you want to keep the original webmaster.
  • Checkbox Don't copy tags from the original lead. Controls tag copying. Check it if you do not want to transfer tags to the new lead.

After saving, the rule is added to the list and starts working. System settings for duplicate blocking and access to offers apply to the added orders. This doesn't affect the source orders, they remain unchanged.

You can add multiple lead copying rules. The table displays information about the configured settings, the action buttons on the right allow you to stop the rule, edit it, or delete it.

Important! The hack analyzes lead change events (calls) and is tied to the date the lead was changed, not to its creation date.
